Multiple scheduling interface

Company: Manager Systems | Role: Product designer | Year: 2020

Brief
In Brazil, is common a patient from a small city travel to a bigger one to  get health treatments in more well equipped clinics. The process of scheduling frequently is made one by one, overloading clinic staff that have to figure out multiple options to accommodate patients needs.
My contribution
As the main product designer, I've made the initial research, summarized the personas, designed the flow and wireframes as well as the final layouts. Beyond that, I've conducted the handoff to the developer's team.
Multiple schedule researched personas "Suzane" and "Marcelle"
The solution
Sisclinica Multi Scheduler seeks to solve these problems, using an algorithm that searches multiple scheduling for doctors and diagnostic equipment, offering the best match of appointments and exams in a given date. The software interface is intended to be used only by the clinic's staff, working both in mobile and desktop.
The challenge in designing this product's interface lies in reducing the complexity of entering the information required for scheduling (such as weight, health insurance, type of exams, doctor, etc.), as most of these fields are interdependent. For this reason, a step-by-step (wizard) approach was chosen, to break the action and focus in one task at time.
